I woke up anxious this morning, my mind racing with imposter syndrome and feeling shortness of breath.

Gloria, I'm so glad this was of benefit. One of the practices in the Plum Village tradition and that I do is set a mindfulness bell. Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh used to say that the bell reminds us that we are all Buddhas. So I love this as a practice to not just take a breath, get in the present moment but to remember we are all inherently good and enough <3

Hi Kim, thank you for the reco! I downloaded the app and I'll have to take a look at the guided meditations as well. I found the bell and set it up for a recurring session every evening.. will let you know how it goes! Sending love and hugs to you!
